Kalitech Inc. has over 10 years’ experience it’s head office is registered in and operats out of Georgetown, Guyana. Kalitech Inc. possesses expert staff who have worked on building and civil engineering infrastructure projects over an extensive period of time. Key members of Kalitech Inc. have worked on complex and large building programmes funded by the CDB, IDB and the European Union in Guyana and the Caribbean. Our designs are ethical, green and economical with suitable architecture of the corporate nature expected of modern office complexes. We are pleased to submit that a historical comparison of our projects shows that our designs are up to 25% less costly to build than our competitors in the local context.

Having a thorough knowledge of all pre- and post-contract responsibilities for construction projects we are prepared to supply all design drawings and specifications in accordance with established construction contract standards.
We have a multidisciplinary approach to project design and implementation; the organization of our team for each assignment will be a key part of our approach. Our team of Engineers, Planners, Architects and Quantity Surveyors are prepared to advise the Client towards achieving the best technical and economical design solution for the project. Our team will liaise with the Project Manager of the Client to assess project requirements and to evaluate the detailed nature of the function of the project before and as the assignment progresses. We are prepared to ensure environmental compliance, landscaping suitability, functional considerations, green design and a major concern for any operations manager – infrastructure operations and maintenance.
Corporate Profile
Kalitech Inc was duly incorporated on October 15, 2009 under the Companies Act, Chapter 89:01 and operates in conformity with the provisions of the Laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana where it is domiciled. Our firm is specialised in building, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, contract administration, land/ real estate development projects and project management. Our services cover both pre and post-contract consultancy services. Pre-contract services extend to the preparation of tender documents; cost estimating, cost analysis and cost checking; procurement management and tender evaluation. During the post-contract stages of each project we provide construction supervision, contract administration and project management; payment certifications and assessment of financial accounts and contractual claims.
Kalitech Inc and its professional team have been involved on a number of large development projects financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), World Bank, the Caribbean Development Bank (CBD), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the European Union (EU) in Guyana and the Caribbean.
